Santiago Veguilla
Born in Caguas, Puerto Rico, Santiago Veguilla migrated to Hartford in 1966. In this interview, Veguilla reminisces about his humble childhood, Puerto Rican traditions, his family, and the first time he experienced a Hartford winter.
